Warranty on residential car shelter

Limited Warranty for Temporary Shelters and Components:

Innovabris hereby undertake to guarantee the product and its components against any defects in material and workmanship for a period of four years for the fabric (except for the industrial and commercial, they are guaranteed 2 years, as well as the windows which is 1 year) and 10 years for the metal.

This warranty is non-transferable and is valid only on the following terms:

  1. The shelter must have been installed and maintained in accordance with the instructions provided by Innovabris.
  2. The buyer must produce a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase and a picture of the damaged part, at the time of its declaration, within 30 days or within the 48 hours following the initial installation date.
  3. Damage to the shelter shall not be the result of negligence, improper maintenance or improper installation. The product will be repaired or replaced free of charge, at the option of Innovabris, depending on the defect.
  4. All costs of transportation regarding the shelter or its accessories shall be borne by the buyer.
  5. Innovabris shall not be liable for any transportation, removal or installation and any other costs incurred in obtaining the replacement of a product under the warranty

This warranty does not cover

  1. Damages caused by ice, ice movement, fire, animals, vegetation, vandalism, extreme weather conditions and unforeseeable events.
  2. Collapses due to snow accumulation.
  3. Damages resulting from extended exposure to the sun.
  4. Damages to people and property.
  5. Normal usury and discoloration of the fabric and other components of the shelter.
  6. Damages caused during storage. The fabric must be dry, free of leaves and other dirt or debris when storing.
  7. Damages resulting from improper installation.
  8. Since the fabric sections are connected by a seam, it is therefore impossible to guarantee complete sealing. Water infiltration is not considered a manufacturing defect.
  9. Note: Temporary car shelter fabrics are designed for winter use.

Important safety warnings:

To reduce the risk of collapse, do not allow snow and ice to accumulate on the roof; use a snow plow to clear the shelter from the outside and clear both sides of the shelter alternately; do not shovel only one side at a time. In order to avoid the disanchoring of the shelter, use appropriate anchors (see installation instructions) and keep the doors closed. Anchor the shelter to the ground at all times using appropriate guide cables or anchors.

CAUTION – DO NOT USE CONCRETE BLOCKS TO ANCHOR THE SHELTER. THIS PRACTICE IS NOT SAFE.

In order to avoid the risk of fire, the shelter must not be used – to keep flammable products or practice activities for which flammable products are used (smoker, barbecue, industrial equipment, etc.).
